Favoured Team Consult Limited (FTCL) is a Limited Liability Company registered in 2015 under the Registration of Business Names Act 151(1962) of Ghana. It is a team of individual expertise in various fields of Engineering comprising Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Land Surveyors, Procurement Specialists, Interior Designers and Architects.

Our team members have highly diversified experience, in multinational organisations working with local and international clients and contractors. Our team experience covers Civil Engineering, Building Design and Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Designs and installations, Interior designing, Land Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Procurement, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Investigations.  .

In Ghana, Project Management Information System (PMIS) is not well developed. Employers pay huge sums of money in execution of projects without properly accounting for its viability.

Organizations need training of workers in Engineering/Management but such specialties are few in Ghana. Most of these organizations are managed by expatriates with exorbitant fees. We offer the following services;

Prof. Elias K. Asiam

Prof. Elias K. Asiam

Elias K. Asiam is an Associate Professor, with his current teaching and research focus in mineral processing and environmental quality assessment. He has more than 30 years experience in industry, research, consulting and academia. He is the author or co-author of more than 30 papers related to metallurgical processes, mine waste management and has carried out several consultancy studies in gold beneficiation, in-pit tailings storage, metallurgical analysis of steel balls, environmental impact assessment and environmental management plan for companies. He has served on several UMaT and public boards in Ghana.

Dr. Dadson Awunyo-Vitor

Dr. Dadson Awunyo-Vitor

Dadson Awunyo-Vitor is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), UK and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (ICA) Ghana, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT) Ghana. Dadson obtained PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ghana. He is a graduate of the Imperial College, University of London, where he studied for MSc Agricultural Economics. He also had his Bachelor degree from University of Science and Technology, Kumasi in Agriculture with first class honours. He studied for Postgraduate Diploma in Management Information System (MIS) at the Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA), and Postgraduate Diploma in Education at the University of Cape coast. He has also completed the professional certificate course in securities trading and investment analysis at the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Dadson Awunyo-Vitor has several years of experience as Agricultural Economist, Investment Advisor, Accountant, tax practitioner, Lecturer, Auditor and Consultant. He worked briefly with Capital Alliance Company as an investment advisor and a Broker on the Ghana Stock Exchange before joining University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi as Assistant Internal Auditor while lecturing at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Science, KNUST on part time basis. He was transferred to the Department of Agricultural Economics and Farm Management as a full time lecturer and later transferred to the Department of Accounting and Finance, KNUST School of Business where he taught courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He worked with Asamoa Bonsu & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior and tax advisor and has also undertaken consultancy work for both governmental and non-governmental organisation including MoFA, GIZ, CIDA, IFAD etc.

Highly knowledgeable and motivated Certified Chartered Accountant with a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Financial and Management Accounting and all major accounting systems. Also have several years experience in Investment Banking. He is focused and maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times, even when working under pressure. He has been responsible for managing a number of large clients’ budgets and cash flow and providing detailed analysis of financial data.

Mr. Godfred Asiam

Mr. Godfred Asiam

A result oriented Engineering and Project Management Practitioner / Consultant with 17 years’ experience post-graduation. He has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects in various industries including construction as well as oil and gas and mining industries. Capable of managing and safely delivering projects according to set budget and schedule.
Core technical competencies include contracts management, estimating, scope control, schedule management, document control, risk management and change management amongst others.
